The Shop is a building which allows for the purchase of resources, speedups, boosts, and other items using gems. It also allows governors to purchase some shop items at reduced cost in the VIP Shop, depending on their VIP level.

VIP Shop

Items available in the VIP Shop are always less expensive than buying them through the regular shop. Like the items for sale by the Mysterious Merchant, there is a to limit to how many can be purchased per week, but the discount does not vary randomly. Items are replenished each Monday at 00:00 UTC.

Note that the Targeted Teleport item is 50% off at VIP 6, making it the same price as the Territorial Teleport in the regular shop. Since most players recommend the first gem expenditure in the game to be in VIP Points until VIP 6 is reached, and the teleport discount is unlocked at this same level, that players never buy the Territorial Teleport from the regular shop unless the VIP shop is sold out.
