The Wheel of Fortune is an event occuring approximately every 2 weeks, where governors can spend 
gems to obtain exclusive commander-specific sculptures that are not found anywhere else, as well as universal commander sculptures, large resource items, and speedups. Spinning the Wheel of Fortune certain amounts of times also grants extra rewards.
Commanders that can obtained exclusively from this event appear in the following order in 3 consecutive iterations, then a general wheel, followed by the next commander.
