Commander Sculptures are used to upgrade the skill levels of commanders. Universal commander sculptures may be converted to commander-specific sculptures (exceptions listed in table below). When sculptures are applied to upgrade skills, a random unlocked skill will be upgraded based on unlocked star levels of that commander up to the 4th star upgraded from Starlight Sculptures. 10 commander-specific sculptures are required to summon a commander. Other Legendary commanders' commander-specific sculptures not listed here are obtained either through KvK rewards, subsequent Wheel of Fortunes, or subsequent The Mightiest Governor events.
