Siege units are the fourth troops available to the governor of a newly-founded city. They are trained and upgraded in the Siege Workshop. Several commanders have the ability to specialize their talents to boost the effectiveness of siege, including Julius Caesar, Frederick I, Hannibal Barca, and Scipio Africanus.
